What are you thankful for? By expressing what you are thankful for every day you remind yourself of the good things in your life and just for that moment you are not focussed on the things that create stress in your life.
I am thankful every day that my mother is here for us. It was a few years ago now that my father passed away and I know how much my mother misses him. Still she gets up every day and moves forward one step at a time. She is stronger than she thinks and we are thankful for that.
So I would encourage you to be thankful for your life, as the alternative is not all that desirable and there is no way back.
Be kind to one another and remember to be thankful, I am sure there are those who would trade places to be here if they could.
