Aged Worker

Dr Frederick Hudson, founder of The Hudson Institute coined the term “pro-retirement” to define the active life-style of today’s retirement-age people.  In the new world of work, people who are sixty five or older are no longer required to retire.

If you have accumulated sufficient assets through work and/or investments to sufficiently fund your postemployment life style, but still desire to be active – whether in paid work or volunteer activities there are many different options available to you.

It is at this stage in life where you will see people working for social contact and more than ever doing what they love versus working for money.

What an amazing time to be able to work because you want to versus you have to.  This brings a real freedom in job choice that you may not have in other times of your life.

So take that freedom and really explore what would fulfil you and what inspires you.  By using the career coaching tools and process provided in this program you will be able to identify your true passion.
