Based on the work by Marcia Bench the most effective approach I have discovered when working with clients is to view you life purpose statement as a guide to your life.

Imagine your life purpose as a target, but instead of aiming for the target I want you to come out from the target.    Over the coming weeks we will build a:

  • Role Evaluation
  • Long Term Goals & Vision
  • Short Term Sub Goals
  • Action Plan
  • Time Management
  • Stress Management

So taking our life purpose into consideration we will now build on this to develop a life guide.
